With the help of the Becker County Sheriff’s Office K9 dog Cooper, a man was arrested Sunday morning on a felony warrant after fleeing into a wooded area off County Road 46.

Dyllon Glatzmaier, 26, of Ponsford was driving near Boot Lake in Savannah Township when a sheriff’s deputy attempted to pull him over. He allegedly refused to stop his vehicle and drove for another quarter mile, then skidded to a stop, jumped out and ran into a wooded area.

The deputy identified Glatzmaier and knew he was wanted on a felony warrant. The sheriff’s office K9 team was brought in and, along with deputies, was able to track and arrest Glatzmaier.
