Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation/Refund – 100% refund less a non-refundable processing fee of $25 prior to 60 days; 50% refund less a non-refundable processing fee of $25 between 59 days and 30 days; no refunds 29 days prior to the event.

Substitutions are permitted within the same company, agency or department without penalty. Substitution requests may be submitted up to one (1) week in advance of the event. A full registration form for the substitute attendee must be completed to process name badges and training certificates.
